Welcome to Yepkart Technology. By accessing our site or contracting our software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Yepkart Technology delivers web development, mobile app engineering, UI/UX design, cloud architecture, and software consulting services under mutual Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing within an executed SOW, all custom code, assets, and deliverables created for clients become the sole intellectual property of the client upon final payment.

3. Limitation of Liability

Yepkart Technology guarantees code quality according to agreed QA specifications but shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime or unapproved code modifications.
